It is also a kind of crystal slurry circulating crystallizer, i.e., the evaporation crystallizer with guide tube and baffle plate. The lower part is connected with amalgamated analyzing column, inside is equipped with guide tube and tube baffle, when operating the hot saturated material is continuously added to the lower part of the circulating tube, and the mother liquor with small crystals is mixed with the circulating tube and then pumped to the heater. The heated solution flows into the crystallizer at the bottom of the guide tube and is sent to the liquid surface by a low-speed propeller along the guide. The solution evaporates and cools at the liquid surface to a supersaturated state, where some of the solutes are deposited on the surface of the suspended particles, causing the crystals to grow. In the ring baffle periphery there is a settlement zone. In the settlement zone large particles settle, while small particles with the mother liquor into the circulating pipe and dissolved by heat. The crystals enter the amalgamation column at the bottom of the crystallizer. Part of the mother liquor from the settling zone is added to the bottom of the amalgamation column, and the small particles are returned to the crystallizer with the liquid flow by using hydraulic classification, and the crystallized products are discharged from the bottom of the amalgamation column. Excellent performance, high production intensity, can produce particle size of 600 ~ 1200μm large crystallization products, the device is not easy to crystallize scar.
