Forced circulation evaporator generally consists of heating chamber, evaporation chamber, circulation pump and so on. Relying on the circulation pump, the material liquid passes through the heat exchanger tube with the flow rate of 1.5~3.5m/, the material liquid in the heating chamber is only heated and not evaporated, so it inhibits the salt precipitation and thus avoids the scaling, and the faster flow rate can slow down the scaling, and it has a high heat transfer coefficient. After heating the material into the evaporation chamber, due to the pressure reduction and flash evaporation, the material may appear salt precipitation, but because there is no heat exchange surface in the evaporation chamber, so there is no scaling problem.
